Latest Model Walkie Talkie – AM FM Airband Marine CB Scanner with 10W Power
Description
Got this one as a bit of a project – it’s the third-gen version, and honestly, it’s a game changer. Now picks up CB down to 18MHz, which means you can actually hear CB signals, not just the usual ones. I’ve got AM on board too, which makes it super useful for airports, airshows, or even just listening to air traffic control chatter. It’s fully programmed with all the key frequencies – Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick airports, tower and approach control, amateur radio bands (both 2m and 70cm simplex and repeaters), marine channels (ship to shore, ship to ship, coastguard), and all the PMR channels. Also got CB channels in there just for fun.
It’s in the original box with a full printout of all the frequencies, so it’s easy to use and set up. The transmit power is 10 watts – that’s 20 times stronger than regular PMR radios. I’ve been using it for hill walking, road trips, and just for the weekend fun.
It’s from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, North West Leicestershire, and I’m selling it because I’ve upgraded to a newer model. Still in the box, never opened – just sitting in the back of my garage. If you're into outdoor stuff, emergency use, or just want a solid radio for hobbies, this one’s a solid pick. Price is £54, so if you’re interested, just give me a shout.
