The bar’s a solid 7ft, 50mm sleeve, knurled grip — feels good in your hands, no wobble, nothing fancy, just reliable. Plates are all Olympic standard (50mm holes), including two 20kg, two 15kg, two 10kg, and four 5kg — adds up to 130kg total when you include the bar. All stored indoors, so no dust or moisture.
