Got these old cast iron weight plates and spinlocks from my gym setup in glogue, Pembrokeshire. The barbell’s 6ft long and 1 inch thick, standard size – used to be part of my home gym. Comes with a pair of matching spinlocks, which are still working fine. A bit of rust here and there, mostly on the edges, nothing that affects how it works.
