Fixer Upper Properties in Kelso, Scottish Borders

I’ve been looking at a few properties in Kelso, Scottish Borders lately — mostly ones that need a bit of work but have real potential. I found a few that could be turned into solid rental properties or even flipped with a decent return. One in particular had a solid upgrade path and could easily go from £40k to £80k+ in value, depending on how you roll it out.
