There are two double rooms and one single room with its own en-suite — all fully furnished, so you’re not starting from scratch. The house has a shared living room, one bathroom, and one toilet, and there’s a private garden you can relax in. It’s got disabled access too, which I found really helpful.

Rent is £60 per room per month — no extras, just what’s on the table. It’s a shared room setup, so you're not taking the whole house, just one room. No smoking, no pets, and no visitors — I just want a calm, respectful environment.

The area’s pretty central, with good access to buses and trains, and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and local services nearby. It’s not super central in the city, but it’s convenient enough for daily life.

I’m not taking students — it’s more for people who are on benefits and looking for something stable and low-key.
