Vintage double piano stool

Description

This old double piano stool has a lift-up lid for storage — useful if you're thinking of repurposing it. It’s about 108cm long, 34cm wide, and stands 46cm high. I found it in a shed in Market Drayton, Shropshire, and it’s been sitting there a while, just needing a bit of TLC. I’m not sure what it was used for originally, but it’s sturdy and the wood’s still solid. I’ve got a few ideas for how to give it a fresh look — maybe even a new life as a desk seat or storage piece. It’s not perfect, but it’s solid, and I’m not sure how much work it’d take to bring it back to life.
