For sale our mobile home in France, we have only owned it for just over a year and due to medical reasons we are selling. The home is sited in the Pornichet area which is around 7KM from the site. Also La Baule Located a few minutes from the campsite, La Baule-Escoublac is one of the prettiest coastal towns on the "Côte d'Amour". It is much appreciated for its gently way of life, its 9 km stretch of beach and its idyllic view over the Atlantic ocean... The Caravan has 1 double Bed room, 1 Twin Bed room and a bed settee in the lounge area. There is a bathroom with shower & sink and a separate toilet room. Home size is approx. 8m x 4m It is sited on Camping Les Forges 3 Star The Annual ground rental was just under £3000 this year which is fully paid till the End of December 2025. The Season Runs form April til End of September This incl water and a % of Electricity. Gas is by fillable gas bottles replaceable at carrefour and other retailers. All other site charge E.G owner change over will be covered by ourselves In July & August there is a free Bus Runs from site to Pornichet all day long The site is not a large commercial site with most occupants are owners. it has a covered pool, washers\dryer room, TV room, Games pitch, Park and in July & August a bouncy Castle.
