2014 Ford C-Max 2.0 TDCi Titanium MPV 5dr Diesel Powershift Euro 5
Description
So, I’ve had this 2014 Ford C-Max for a couple of years now and honestly, it’s been a solid daily driver. I’ve used it for commuting, family trips, and even a few weekend getaways—nothing fancy, just a reliable, practical car with loads of comfort features. It’s a diesel, 2.0 TDCi, 140ps, automatic with Powershift—no issues with the gearbox, just smooth and quiet. The interior is clean and well-maintained, with all the modern bits: Sony DAB radio, 9 speakers, Bluetooth, and Ford SYNC. I use it for hands-free calls, and it’s been a real plus.
The seats are good—front seats have manual height and lumbar adjustments, and the second row has individual fold-down seats with headrests. I’ve had kids in it, so the space and foldability have been a real help.
I’ve kept it well looked after—regular servicing, no major repairs, just routine care. It’s got a full range of safety features: airbags all around, side impact protection, ABS, EBD, ESP, EBA, and even a deflation detection system. The alarm is Thatcham Category 1 with volume sensing—so it’s got a good security setup.
The wheels are 17-inch 15-spoke alloys, nice finish, and the car has a 4.2-inch TFT screen. The climate control is dual-zone automatic, which I’ve used a lot in winter. I’ve got LED ambient lighting, overhang storage, and even a map light and sunglasses holder in the overhead console.
There’s a couple of 12V sockets—one in the front, one in the back—and a central console with cup holders and bins. The power windows are one-touch, and all the doors have electric locks and remote central locking.
It’s not flashy, but it’s been dependable. I’ve kept it in good shape, and it’s ready to go wherever you need it—whether it’s for work, family, or just moving around.
I’m based in Golcar, Kirklees, and it’s been a few years since I’ve driven it on long trips. I’m selling it because I’m moving to a different area and don’t need it as much. It’s been a good car to own, and I’ll be honest—there’s no major issues, just a few small niggles that don’t affect day-to-day use.
Price is £4,495.50—fairly reasonable for what it is, and I’m happy to chat about it or show it if you’re interested.
No need to rush—just a solid, reliable MPV that actually works for real life.
