Description

So, I’ve had this 2017 Renault Grand Scenic for a few years now — it’s been my go-to for family trips, weekend drives, and just getting around town. I bought it new, and it’s actually been a solid, reliable car with very few issues.

It’s got that clean, modern look with the Oyster grey exterior and diamond black roof — not flashy, but definitely stands out when parked. The interior is well put together, with leather steering wheel, plenty of storage, and that 8.7-inch touchscreen that still works perfectly. I use Apple CarPlay and Android Auto all the time, and the 3D Arkamys sound system is actually pretty good — not a huge fan of loud music, but it’s quiet and clear enough for a family.

The seats are a big plus — front seats have height and lumbar adjustments, the second row folds flat, and the third row has two seats that fold into the boot floor. It’s not a huge car, but it’s roomy enough for four or five people depending on how you pack it. I’ve used it for kids’ school runs and even weekend camping — the boot’s got decent space, and the rear camera and parking sensors help when parking in tight spots.

I’ve kept it well maintained, so the service history is solid. The alarm, immobiliser, and keycard are all insurance-approved, and it has a full list of safety features — ESP, ABS, AEB with pedestrian detection, head-up display, and even a fatigue alert. The heated rear windscreen and rear seats are nice in winter too.

I’m moving out of much-hadham, East Hertfordshire, and just wanted to get rid of it. I’ve had it for about 7 years, and I’ve driven it over 100,000 miles — it’s still running strong. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, practical, and actually kind of fun to drive.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly MPV that doesn’t take up too much space but still has room for kids and gear, this one might be worth a look. Price is £7,915.50 — I’ve been thinking about selling it to lighten the load, so I’m happy to part with it. Just let me know if you’d like to see it. I’m in much-hadham, East Hertfordshire, so it’s easy to arrange a view.
