The room is private – just for one person – and fully furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk, office chair, and bookcase. Everything’s brand new and in great condition. The flat has four bedrooms, no living room, but it’s well organised and feels really lived-in.

Hot water’s on 24/7, superfast Wi-Fi is unlimited, and there are fire and carbon monoxide alarms. The kitchen is spotless and fully equipped – microwave, kettle, large fridge and freezer, cooker, oven, washing machine, and all the basics.

- Just 2 minutes to Bermondsey tube station
- 7 minutes to Tower Bridge
- 15 minutes to London Bridge
- 1 minute to the Thames
- 25 minutes to Liverpool Street station
- 1 minute to Tesco, 3 minutes to Co-op
- 1 minute to a bus stop (routes 188, 38, 47, C10) – easy access to Central London, including London Bridge, Liverpool Street, Aldwych, Tottenham Court Road, Holborn, Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, Surrey Quays, Canada Water, and Greenwich

Electricity is about £25/month – that’s the only bill we don’t cover.
