This old wooden garage is about 19ft x 10ft and’s solid, heavy timber — basically a big, sturdy box that’s been stripped down after being taken apart. It’s not in great roof condition though — the felt’s gone, so I’d need to get that reinstalled. The roof beams are still there, and there’s a bit of structure left, like purlings. It’s got two big double doors, two window holes, and a side door. It’s heavy, so it’ll need to be lifted and moved — you’ll have to bring your own truck or vehicle to get it to where you want it. I’m only taking cash on pickup, no credit cards or anything. It’s been sitting in Kingussie, Highland for a while now, and I’ve been thinking about using it as a work shed, dog kennel, or just for storing cars — really flexible depending on how you want to use it.
