Just a quick note — this is my own place in Bamburgh, Northumberland, and I’m not listing it for agents or Airbnb. I’ve lived here for a while and know the quirks — it’s a tidy 2-bed, 2-bath on the second floor with a lovely Juliet balcony facing the road. There’s parking too, and it’s fairly well set up with a few basics already in place.

I’m not looking for long-term rentals or property flipping — just someone who wants to actually live here and get on with it. If you’re serious and plan to pay upfront (like 6 months rent, 1 month, and a 2-month deposit), I might be able to work out a small discount. No fancy fees, no strings — just a real, honest deal.
