Raleigh Centros low step electric hybrid bike
Description
I’ve been using this Raleigh Centros low step electric hybrid bike for a few years now, and it’s honestly been a real game-changer for my commute. It’s a 2020 model, 46cm frame, 700c wheels – perfect for someone who’s not super tall but still wants a comfortable ride. The motor’s super smooth and quiet, almost feels like a regular bike when you’re not using the power. I’ve only done about 1750 miles on it, so it’s still in great shape. It’s got a Bosch Active Line Plus motor and 400wh battery, with the Bosch Intuvia display – easy to use, all the settings are right there. Hydraulic brakes, 9-speed gears, front and rear lights (both powered by the battery), and it even has a rear wheel lock and a separate handlebar lock I bought on top – £45 worth of extra security. All the bits are included: charger, 4 keys, and all the paperwork.
I’ve lived in Holmfirth, Kirklees for a while now and have used it every day for years. It’s been reliable, easy to maintain, and honestly, I don’t know how I managed without it. I’m looking to part with it now because I’ve moved to a different area and need to downsize. It’s been a solid companion, and I’m happy to keep it in good hands.
Price is £990 – I know that’s not what it originally cost, but it’s definitely well within what I’d expect for a used bike in this condition. If you’re serious about a low-step, practical electric bike that’s actually fun to ride, this one’s worth a look.
