I’ve had this vintage Vandoren 5RV for years – it’s a solid, well-used trumpet that’s been played regularly in practice and small gigs. The finish is a bit worn from age and use, but the action’s smooth and it plays well. It’s not showy, just a reliable instrument I’ve kept around for years. I’m moving to Quedgeley, Gloucester, so thought I’d part with it. Still sounds great when tuned up – just needs a good cleaning and a bit of maintenance.
