2013 Volkswagen Touareg 3.0 TDI V6 R-Line 4WD
Description
I’ve had this 2013 Touareg for a few years now and honestly, it’s been one of my most reliable cars. It’s a 3.0 TDI diesel with the V6, which gives it a solid punch—gets from 0 to 62 in about 7.6 seconds, not something you see in every truck or SUV. The R-Line bits are nice—like the bi-xenon headlights that actually know when you’re leaving or arriving home, which is a small but useful detail. Front and rear parking sensors help when I’m turning into narrow driveways, especially with the big estate body.Inside, the heated front seats and 2-zone climate control are a big plus, especially in the winter. The cabin feels snug and comfortable, and the automatic air recirculation helps keep things fresh. I’ve used it for towing a caravan occasionally—3500kg capacity isn’t a big deal for what I do. The boot’s big enough for a couple of bags and even a couple of shopping trips.
It’s been well looked after, no major repairs, and it’s in a low insurance group, so running costs haven’t been a nightmare. I’m moving to Steyning, Horsham, and it’s just sitting in the garage now. I’m not selling it to get rich, just getting rid of it because I’ve found something else to drive. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid—what you’d expect from a decent diesel estate.
Price is £8,991, which I’m not asking for, just sharing it in case someone’s interested.
