2023 Kia Sportage 1.6T GDi HEV 3-door Auto Hybrid Estate

So, I’ve been driving this 2023 Kia Sportage HEV for about a year now, and honestly, I’m pretty happy with it. It’s got that Splash Lemon metallic finish – bright, clean, and not too flashy, which I like. The car feels solid, the hybrid engine runs smoothly, and I’ve managed to get around 44 mpg on average, which is pretty decent for a family-friendly estate.

I picked it up from Vertu Kia in Umberleigh, North Devon, and it’s still under the original 7-year warranty – that’s a big plus, especially with how much I use it.

Out front, it’s got 18-inch alloy wheels and rear privacy glass, which makes it feel more spacious and private when you’re parked. Inside, the seats are heated (part-leather), the steering wheel heats up too, and the 12.3-inch screen is easy to use – I’ve got Apple CarPlay and Android Auto set up, plus DAB radio and USB. The digital dash feels modern, not clunky.

Safety features are top-notch – reversing camera, parking sensors, cruise control with speed limiter, lane keep assist, and even highway assist. I’ve used the lane following assist a few times on motorways, and it’s actually helpful. The automatic headlights and climate control keep it comfy in all weather.

I’ve only had it for a year, so it’s been well-maintained and mostly driven on regular roads. No major issues, just the occasional check-up.

If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient hybrid with a bit of tech and a clean, modern look, this one’s a solid choice. I’m not selling it for a big profit – it’s just something I’ve kept for a while and thought it might be useful to someone else.
