38ft Narrow Boat with Lister Engine

Description
Got this boat from my uncle, who’s not able to keep it up anymore. It’s a 38ft narrow boat with a solid Lister engine and a 2022 hull report — BSS certificate included. The hull’s 8mm sealed steel, blackened, and it’s been well maintained overall.There are a couple of windows that need replacing, just the top bits — nothing major. He paid about £23k back in 2022, receipts are with it. It’s not in great shape yet, but it’s a solid base and won’t take much to get it going.
It’s currently in bagillt, Flintshire, and I’m happy to arrange delivery for a fee — no hassle, no nonsense. I’m looking for sensible offers, not flashy ones. It’s not a showpiece, just a boat that’s been in good hands and needs a bit of TLC to get back on the water.
