Solid oak Howdens front door

Got this old solid oak Howdens front door from my house in Wendover, Buckinghamshire. It’s a real solid piece – the kind that just feels sturdy and timeless. Comes with the original handles, and the glass in the windows is all intact and clear. The door is 198cm x 84cm, so it’s a good size. A bit of light sanding and a fresh coat of varnish would bring it back to life – not a lot of work, just a bit of care. I’ve kept it mostly untouched, so it’s in decent shape overall. It’s not perfect, but it’s got character and I’m just getting rid of it because I’m moving. If you’re looking for a solid, classic door that doesn’t look like it’s from a catalog, this might be worth a look. Price is £18, so it’s not too bad.
