MINI HATCH 1.6 Cooper D 2011

Description

So, I’ve had this little Mini for a few years now, mostly just for weekend drives and keeping my hands busy with it. It’s still drivable and runs fine most of the time — I’ve been using it for short trips and even done a few test runs around the local roads.

That said, I’ve noticed the exhaust’s starting to spit out grey smoke, especially when it’s cold. I think the turbo might be on its way out — not a massive deal, but it’s something I’ve been monitoring. Also, there’s a bit of a rattle in the timing chain when I start it up cold, which I’ve been told is common on older units.

It’s not exactly in top condition, but it’s got some good bits: pan roof, metallic paint, upgraded alloy wheels, privacy glass, half-leather interior, multi-function steering wheel, fog lights, electric windows, cup holders, and a power socket. I’ve had it serviced in December 2024, and had a new clutch and flywheel fitted in February 2025 — so it’s been properly looked after.

I’m not looking for a grand deal here — just a real person who might want it for a quick run, or someone who’s looking to fix it up themselves. If you’re interested, I’m happy to show you around or share a walk-around video when you’re ready.
