This is the IKEA HEMNES chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets I’ve had in my Fortrose, Highland home for years. All made from solid wood — feels sturdy and warm, not just cheap plastic. The chest is wide and deep, so it’s perfect for storing things I don’t use often, or just for keeping lamps and little bits on top. The drawers glide smoothly and have a stop so they don’t keep slamming shut. The bedside cabinets are the same wood and finish, and one of them has a little inner drawer for small stuff — super handy. Everything’s been well looked after, no dents or scratches, just natural wear. I’m not taking it to anyone else — it’s a collection only. I live in Fortrose, Highland, so it’ll need a transit van to move it, which I’m happy to help with if needed.
