Got this old core bench from a friend’s garage sale, and it’s been sitting in my garage for a few years. Still works fine, just needs a bit of assembly – the instructions and original box are all there. It’s not super fancy, but it’s sturdy and useful for basic core work. I’ve been using it a few times a week for home workouts. Since it’s not on the move, I’m just letting it go. Buyer collects it from Pathhead, Kirkcaldy.
