Single ring gas burner (Fornello Mod. Q.P. Art. 03010)

Description

Got this old-school single ring gas burner sitting in my shed, never really used much but still works fine. It’s the Fornello Mod. Q.P. Art. 03010 — sturdy cast iron body, built to handle the outdoors, doesn’t break down easily even after a few years of being left in the sun.

It’s a compact 80mm burner, perfect for boiling water, frying, or simmering — great for camping, backyard cooking, or just having a quick go at your outdoor kitchen. Runs on either propane or butane, though I’ve got a butane regulator on it.

That said, the gas pipe’s past its prime and needs replacing — I’ve tested it with a new regulator and it works well, just not safe to use as-is. If you’re looking for a simple, reliable burner and don’t mind a bit of DIY, it’s a solid base to build on.
