37 inch Toshiba TV - switch clicks but picture flickers

Description
Got this 37-inch Toshiba TV, still in pretty good shape. The power light turns on fine, and I can hear the switch clicking every time I try to turn it on — but the screen either doesn’t come on at all, or shows for a split second before going black. So it’s not actually working right now.I’m not throwing it away — I’d actually be really happy if someone could take a look and fix it. No cost, just need someone to pick it up by Tuesday 19th August. It’s in Aldershot, Rushmoor. Let me know if you’re up for it — I’d appreciate it!
