2020 Toyota RAV4 2.5L Hybrid Excel 5-door AWD
Description
I’ve had this Toyota RAV4 for a few years now, and it’s honestly been one of the most reliable and comfortable SUVs I’ve ever driven. It’s a September 2020 model, Excel trim with the Premium Pack — so it’s not just a regular RAV4, it’s got some real upgrades that make a difference. The paint is White Pearl, which catches the light in a really nice way, especially when you’re driving through the hills near the vale-of-glamorgan. The car’s got a solid, muscular look without being too aggressive — just clean and confident.
Inside, it’s got that premium feel you expect from a Toyota. The Premium Pack means a panoramic sunroof, a decent JBL sound system, ventilated seats (which I’ve used quite a bit in summer), and leather seats that don’t get stiff after a long day. The cabin is quiet, and the climate control works well — I’ve never had to fight with it.
It’s a hybrid, so it runs smooth and doesn’t burn fuel like a regular petrol car. The 2.5L engine is powerful enough for hills and city driving, and the AWD-i system gives you real confidence on wet or snowy roads — especially useful when you're exploring the countryside.
I’ve kept it well maintained, with a full service history. Everything from the brakes to the electronics has been checked regularly. It’s got all the modern safety bits too — adaptive cruise, lane assist, pre-crash warnings, parking sensors, and all that. The tech works well, and the touchscreen is easy to use.
I’ve never had a major issue with it — just regular servicing and occasional minor fixes. It’s been a solid companion for weekend trips, family outings, and just getting around town.
It’s currently parked in the vale-of-glamorgan, Wales, and I’m looking to part ways with it. It’s not the most flashy car, but it’s dependable, quiet, and has a real sense of quality.
If you’re thinking of getting a reliable, well-equipped hybrid SUV that doesn’t break the bank on fuel, this one might be worth a look. I’m happy to chat about it or show it if you’d like — just give me a shout.
(Price is £24,720.30 — not the most expensive, but it’s a solid investment for what it does.)
