It’s parked at Kippford Bay Caravan Park in Crossgar, Newry, right next to the seaside village of Kippford.The park’s a real gem — you’ve got direct access to the golf course, a bar/cafe, and walks through the forest and along the beach. There’s even mountain biking nearby. I’ve been living here for years and it’s been a solid base for holidays and weekends.
One thing I’ll mention: the price includes site fees and rates until March 2026 — no hidden extras. The park itself is family-run, so no corporate rules, and site fees are just £3,400 a year, which is pretty decent.
No age limit either — anyone can stay here, which is nice.
