Viper Green Volkswagen Scirocco GT TDI 170 with 6-speed semi-auto
Description
So, I’ve been driving this Scirocco GT TDI for a few years now, and honestly, it’s been one of the most enjoyable cars I’ve ever had. It’s in Viper Green – not super common, and there’s not many of these around with this colour and the full spec. It’s a 2.0-litre turbo diesel with 170bhp, and the previous owner fitted a new engine when it was only at 69k miles – I just lost the paperwork when I moved house, so I don’t have the docs handy. That said, it’s been serviced regularly and has a full service history. Only one owner from new, so it’s been well looked after.
The car’s in almost brand new condition inside and out. It starts every time, drives smoothly, and doesn’t give any issues. It’s super economical, which is a bonus. I’ve got two remote keys, and everything’s been updated recently – new tyres all around, new battery, brake pads, discs, sensors, wipers, front windscreen, coil springs, drive belt, tensioner, alternator pulley.
The interior is a bit of a dream – leather seats, heated and fully adjustable, with a full Dynaudio sound system that actually sounds great. All the electric bits work: windows, mirrors, panoramic roof (you can open/close with the key), and there’s even a rear touchscreen with speed camera, bus lane, traffic light detection, and lane guidance.
Extras include adaptive cruise, auto headlight washers, cornering lights, climate control, front and rear cup holders, fog lights, tyre pressure monitoring, and a full array of driver aids like traction control, hill assist, and auto wipers. The wheels are GT alloy, and the suspension is adaptive.
It’s got a 6-speed semi-automatic with paddle shift – very responsive, and the driving modes (normal, comfort, sport, sport+) let you tailor it to the day. I’ve even got voice control and a navigation system with 3D, 2D, and topograph maps.
The boot’s big, the seats are comfortable, and it’s a real daily driver with a bit of fun thrown in. I’ve kept it well-maintained, and it’s been reliable through the years.
It’s based in Scottish Borders, Scotland, and I’m just looking to get it back into a good hands – it’s not just a car, it’s a solid, reliable, and enjoyable drive.
Price is £5,715 – if you’re interested, I’ll be happy to chat.
