I picked this up second hand a few years ago, but it's all solid metal so it's been reliable for training. The bench is actually new, and comes with a plate rack, a barbell stand, a long barbell, a shorter one, four dumbbells, and a bunch of plates ranging from 20kg down to 1.25kg. I’ve used it a lot over the years and it's held up well. It’s now sitting in my garage in Tenbury Wells, Malvern Hills — just a bit of storage space I’ve got to spare.
