Pioneer Builders Ltd has been the go-to for all the materials — from tiling to plumbing — and I’ve used their advice on everything from layout to finishes. It’s actually been a real hands-on experience, and I’ve got some good notes on how things came together. If you’re thinking of doing something similar, it’s worth checking out what they’ve got.
