Got this stand a few years ago when I switched to a bigger screen. It’s been used every day for work and travel, so it’s worn in a bit but still holds the laptop steady. No damage, just a little scuff on the base. I’ve been using it in my home office in Stoke-on-Trent, England, and it’s saved me from neck strain. It’s a simple thing, but really helps when you’re working on a laptop for long hours.
