It’s super convenient: just a 1-minute walk to the station, and you’re within 5 minutes of supermarkets, gyms, and Boxpark. For anyone commuting to London Bridge, Victoria, or Gatwick—trains are 13–20 minutes away, depending on the time.

The building has two lovely gardens, rooftop terraces with great views, a wellness room for yoga or meditation, a residents’ lounge with space to work or chill, and secure bike storage. There’s also 24/7 concierge and secure entry.
