2025 Keeway RKS 125 E5
Description
So, I’ve got this 2025 Keeway RKS 125 E5 and I’m parting ways with it — not because I don’t like it, but because I’ve found something else to focus on. It’s a real little gem, not flashy but sharp and practical. The engine’s a 124cc single-cylinder, pulls 11.4 hp at 9000 rpm, and has 8.7 Nm of torque at 8000 rpm — not a powerhouse, but enough to get you moving smoothly in the city without any fuss. Air-cooled, so it’s easy to keep in check and maintain, which is a big plus if you're riding daily. Top speed’s 92 km/h, which is more than enough for city traffic and short trips.
It’s got a 130mm front telescopic fork and a Pro-link rear shock — good for handling bumpy roads. Brakes are solid: 278mm front and 220mm rear discs with 2-piston calipers, plus CBS to spread the load. Feels safe, especially when you’re weaving through traffic.
The design’s got a fresh look — one of the first bikes to feature Keeway’s new logo, celebrating 25 years of the brand. The bike weighs 133kg, so it’s light enough to handle without feeling like a toy, but still solid. The LCD dash shows everything you need — speed, fuel, time — and there’s a USB port so you can charge your phone on the go.
Fuel economy’s decent too — 15.6-litre tank, and it doesn’t burn through fuel like some others. You get good range for a small bike, which is perfect if you’re commuting or just getting around town.
I bought it new from Drayton Croft Motorcycles in deal, Dover — they’ve got a solid reputation and handle everything from new to used with care. It came with tax and registration included, plus OTR charges (which totalled £1899 + £150), so it’s all set up to go.
It’s got a full manufacturer’s warranty on the new parts, and a 3-month mechanical cover for used items (unless otherwise noted). They’re open Monday to Friday and Saturday, though Sunday’s closed — so if you’re looking to check it out, just pop in during the week.
I’ve been riding it for a few months now, and it’s proven itself to be reliable, easy to manage, and actually fun in a quiet, no-nonsense way. Not the most aggressive bike, but it does what it’s supposed to — get you where you need to go without much hassle.
If you're looking for a solid, practical little bike that doesn’t demand a lot of attention but still handles well, this one’s worth a look.
Contact me via email or phone if you’re interested — I’ll be happy to talk through it.
