Denby Jet 12 x Mugs & Saucers - Like New

These Denby Jet mugs and saucers are a full set of 12 — I’ve only used them a couple of times, then just tucked them away in a cupboard ever since. They’re in great condition, really like new.

They’re small curve style, black with a bit of grey in the design — the black is a deep jet black, almost like polished stone. Made in England from stoneware, so they’re dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe. I’ve used them in the oven once too, no issues at all.

The Jet collection was launched in 2003 and ended in 2011 — one of Denby’s more modern ranges, with those lovely glaze effects — from glossy ebony to soft dove greys. The grey really picks up the local Derbyshire clay, which gives it that warm, natural feel. All the pieces are well-glazed so they don’t chip, and they hold up well over time.

I’m based in Lossiemouth, Moray, so collection only — just popping them out for a quick pick-up. Original cost was £305, so they’ve been sitting in the cupboard for years, mostly untouched. Just a bit of use, no scratches or wear.
