These resistance bands are brand new, still in the original packaging, and I’ve only used them a couple of times for home workouts. They’re sturdy, even at the heavier end, and I’ve tested them with a bit of resistance for squats and arm curls. They’re not super stretchy, which I like — gives a good feel. I bought them for a fitness routine, and they’ve held up well. I’m moving to Beaworthy, West Devon, so I’m getting rid of them. Still in the box, no signs of wear.
