DAF XF105 460 Space Cab Euro 5 6x2 Tractor Unit – 2013

Description

Got this DAF XF105 Space Cab sitting in Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire — it's been in the family for years and I'm finally getting rid of it.

It’s a 2013 Paccar MX 460 engine, Euro 5, with Ad-Blue, and runs on a ZF 12-speed As Tronic gearbox. The drive setup’s solid — single reduction axle with diff lock, and there’s air suspension on both the midlift and steer axles. Full EBS with disc brakes, and the fifth wheel has sliding features with run-up ramps.

Inside, it’s got a proper sleeping area, electric windows, heated mirrors, a sunroof (though the AC hasn’t been tested), and a radio with a dip 4 driver display. There’s also a cabin-mounted amber beacon bar, an air suspension seat with lumbar support, and storage lockers — plenty of room for gear or just a bit of downtime.

The chassis is aluminium, fuel tank is too, and the engine intake is PVCU vertical. It’s got ISO trailer ABS/EBS, a rear loading light, and a 12v/24v socket for aux power. Cruise control’s there, and the tachograph’s digital. Registration’s MX13DMU, and it’s been tested until October 2025. Mileage is 1,025,908 km — it’s not been used like a daily driver, more of a workhorse.

Plated weight’s 44,000 kg, design weight 50,000 kg. I’m not selling it for the price tag — it’s £6,255 — but it’s been a solid companion for all sorts of jobs over the years.
