Description

I’ve been doing phone repairs for years, mostly focusing on Samsungs — and I’ve got a solid setup for fixing charging port issues. If your Samsung isn’t charging properly, I can repair the logic board using proper micro soldering. It’s a hands-on fix that gets the charging port back to working order, which means your phone should charge fully again after it’s done.

This works for most Samsungs — S, Note, and A series — but if you’ve got a Fold, Flip, or Ultra, it might take a bit more time or a small extra fee. I’ll let you know upfront if that’s the case.

How it works:
Just send me your phone with a few details — model, what’s wrong (e.g. won’t charge, charges slowly), and any past repairs. I’ll get back to you to confirm the fix and let you know when it’s ready. Once I get it, I’ll repair it in 1–3 working days and send it back with tracking.

Send it to:
K1 Tech Care LTD – Repair Department
62 Station Road, Haywards Heath, Mid Sussex
(Updated location — was Clacton-on-Sea)

What to include in the parcel:
- Full name and phone number (so I can keep you updated)
- Return address
- Device passcode or PIN (only for testing after repair — I won’t store or use it for anything else)
- Any extra details: fault description, intermittent issues, previous repairs, accessories included, etc.

Don’t send it if the screen is cracked — I don’t do screen replacements. If the back glass is broken or the battery cover is damaged, I might not be able to fix it or could charge extra — so if that’s the case, just drop me a message first.

Packing tip:
Take off cases and accessories unless they’re part of the problem. Wrap the phone well (bubble wrap helps), put it in a sturdy box, and use a tracked service. Keep your receipt — it’s useful for future reference.

One thing to note: If your phone has already been repaired by someone else for the same issue, I need to know before sending it. Board-level problems can get messier after prior attempts, and I might need to do more work or charge extra. Not telling me could mean delays or it getting returned.

I offer a 2-year warranty on the repair — but it doesn’t cover liquid damage, drops, or faults that happen after the fix.

This is a repair service, not a product. No fakes, no upsells — just honest, hands-on work. I’ve been doing this since 2005, and I’ve had other shops rely on me for their Samsung fixes.

Photos in the listing are just examples — not actual devices.

If you’re looking for a reliable, UK-based fix for your Samsung charging port, this might be worth a try.

£9.00 — yeah, I know, that’s not much, but it’s a real service, not a scam. Just a small fee to cover the cost of the repair and a bit of goodwill.

(If you’re not sure, just message me — I’ll help you figure it out.)
