Hey! I’ve got a studio at Haddington Place in Spean Bridge, Highland that I’m letting go of. I originally booked it but ended up not using it, so I’m looking for someone else to take it over — anyone else who’s looking for a quiet, comfortable place to study.

It’s a lower ground studio, around 20–21m², with a small double bed (has under-bed storage), a proper study corner with desk, chair, and shelves, and a wardrobe with a mirror — pretty handy for getting organised. There’s a private en-suite bathroom, so no sharing, and the kitchen has a 2-ring ceramic hob, microwave/oven, and a fridge/freezer combo — enough to make simple meals without much hassle.

Wireless internet’s included, and all bills are covered, so no surprises. The place is just 10 minutes from the city centre and really easy to get to from the universities — Edinburgh, Napier, and Heriot-Watt — with bus stops right outside. There’s also an on-site gym, cinema, lounge, and study rooms if you want to unwind or collaborate. Security’s solid with 24-hour CCTV and secure bike storage.

If you’re a student looking for something quiet and well-equipped, and you’re up for it from 6 September 2025 to 18 July 2026 (about 45 weeks), just let me know.
