I’ve had this Dimplex Lymington mod T electric fire for a few years now and it’s been pretty reliable—works perfectly on one bar and the heater part. The flame display is still lovely to look at. The issue I’ve noticed is that it’s tricky to get all three bars lit at once, which makes me think the thermostat might be the problem. I’ve checked the elements and they’re fine—no continuity issues. It’s in great cosmetic shape overall, just a bit of a fiddly bit to get the full heat up. I’m moving to west-yorkshire, England, so it’s going to be a bit of a journey to get it to you, but I’m happy to help with packing or shipping if needed.
