I’ve had this Mellerware food dehydrator for a couple of months now, and it’s been a real game-changer for making dried herbs, fruit, and even small batches of veg. It’s been used a handful of times—mostly for making homemade chips and dried berries—so it’s still in great shape. The plug-in setup is simple, and it works quietly.
