2015 Vauxhall Meriva EXCLUSIV AC MPV Petrol Manual
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this 2015 Vauxhall Meriva EXCLUSIV AC for a few years now — it’s a solid, practical car, and I’ve actually driven it quite a bit over the years. It’s not flashy, but it’s comfortable, reliable, and actually kind of nice to drive for a family. The exterior is a clean grey, and it’s that classic MPV shape — roomy, easy to park, and great for carrying gear or kids. It’s got a 1.4L petrol engine with a manual gearbox, which means it’s not too thirsty — around 47.1mpg on the combined scale. That’s not just good for the wallet, it’s also a real plus for road tax (140g/km CO2, which is low).
I’ve kept it well-maintained with a full service history, so it’s not just sitting in a garage — it’s actually been looked after. The features? Fairly decent for the time. Aircon works well, alloy wheels (which are a bit of a nice touch and not cheap to replace), electric mirrors, cruise control, ISOFIX points, and a full Bluetooth/aux setup. I’ve even got a spare key and a space-saver spare — useful if you're ever on a road trip.
It comes with a 12-month AA breakdown cover, which is a real piece of mind. I’ve had a few niggles over the years, but never anything serious — and that cover has saved me a few times.
I’m based in Grangemouth, Falkirk now, so if you’re local or passing through, I’m happy to chat. The car is priced at £4,045.50 — I’ve been keeping it in the family for a while, so it’s not going to be sold for a big profit, but it’s in good shape and still usable.
If you’re thinking of getting a reliable family car that’s not too expensive to run, this might be worth a look. I’d be happy to give a quick drive or answer any questions — just let me know.
