Peugeot 206 2009 hatchback manual 1.4 1360 cc

Description

So I’ve been keeping this Peugeot 206 for a few years now — it’s a 2009 model, 1.4 litre, five-door hatchback with manual gearbox. I bought it new back in the day and it’s been a solid little car ever since.

It’s got a clean MOT until January 2026, and I just had the tyres replaced last year — they’re new, only a few thousand miles on them. It’s ULEZ compliant, runs really efficiently, and I’ve averaged about 42–44 mpg, which is pretty good for a small car. I’ve been servicing it regularly, and it comes with a Haynes manual — handy for basic fixes.

There are a couple of things I’ve noticed: a few MOT warnings (you can check them online if you’re interested), the rear exhaust has started leaking a bit and needs replacing, and the AC needs a bit of regassing. There are some minor age-related marks, but nothing that affects the driving experience.

It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, easy to handle, and perfect for someone just starting out or looking to keep a low-maintenance project car.
