It’s got that classic CLS style, with the AMG styling touches like the 19-inch alloy wheels in Tremolite Grey, front and rear aprons, and polished aluminium side skirts. The 2.0L diesel engine gets you from 0 to 62mph in about 6.4 seconds – not too flashy, but plenty responsive for city and highway use.

Inside, it’s clean and comfortable – heated front seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with USB and Bluetooth, automatic two-zone climate control, and plenty of storage. The headlight system is smart – it adjusts automatically to avoid dazzling other drivers, and the reversing camera with parking sensors makes parking a breeze. There’s also a lot of boot space if you’ve got boxes, gear, or a bit of luggage to move around.

I’ve kept it well looked after – no major issues, just regular service and good maintenance.
