I'm letting out a comfortable double room for a single person only — it's got good facilities and a nice garden view. It's set up for someone who works full time and wants a clean, quiet space with all the basics. The rent covers utilities like Wi-Fi and a smart TV, so you can stream whatever you like.

It's in a shared house in Cairndow, Argyll and Bute — not far from the village centre, and there are a few local shops and good transport links nearby. The house is tidy, regularly cleaned, and has toilet rolls and basics on hand.

I’m looking for someone who’s calm, respectful, and takes care of their own space. The house is fairly quiet, and people tend to keep to themselves, so you won’t feel like you’re sharing a space with strangers. There’s a friendly vibe though — we’ve had a few garden BBQs over the years, so it’s not all about being alone.
