I’ve had this mat for a few years now and it’s been through a lot — used it for daily yoga, stretching, and even some outdoor workouts in the park near Plymouth. It’s 15mm thick, purple, and has a smooth, slightly firm surface that’s great for keeping your balance during poses or a quick workout. The texture is non-slip and easy to clean, which I appreciate when I’m doing things outside. It’s latex and phthalate-free, so I feel good about it. It’s not perfect — a bit of wear on the edges, and one corner has a small tear — but it’s still in great condition for what it’s been used for. I’m just getting rid of it now because I’ve upgraded to a newer one. Still works well, and it’s lightweight so it’s easy to carry around. Comes with a little bit of dirt and a bit of sun exposure, but nothing major. I’ve kept it well, and it’s been useful for both indoor and outdoor sessions. It’s not super expensive — about £1.80 — so I’m happy to part with it. If you’re looking for something reliable and simple for home or park workouts, this could be a good fit.
