Description

I’m selling my Range Rover Autobiography — not your average one. This is a real high-spec version, built with a lot of factory extras and one of the most expensive paint jobs you’ll see on a Rover. The SVO Premium Palette Tri-Stage paint is a big deal — it’s a chroma-flair finish that shifts from deep emerald to turquoise and violet depending on the light. It’s hand-applied at Jaguar Land Rover’s Special Vehicle Operations in Warwickshire, and I’ve seen estimates put it at around £16k alone.

When new, the factory list price was about £155k–£165k, which is way beyond what most Autobiographies cost now. That said, a standard 2019 SDV8 Autobiography usually sells between £39k and £45k, so this one is priced at £53,999 — which makes sense given the paint, the rare factory options, and the full luxury interior.

Here’s what’s in it:
- 4.4-litre SDV8 twin-turbo diesel, 339PS, 740Nm — good power for the size
- 8-speed auto, 0–60 in 6.5 seconds, top speed 135mph
- Permanent four-wheel drive with Terrain Response 2 (so it handles off-road and city roads well)
- 22-inch gloss black multi-spoke alloy wheels, plus a full-size spare — rare factory option
- Black exterior pack with gloss black trim and badging
- Matrix LED headlights with signature daytime running lights
- Sliding panoramic roof with electric blind privacy glass
- Soft-close doors and a gesture-activated tailgate
- 360° parking sensors, adaptive cruise with queue assist
- Interior is all Autobiography black semi-aniline leather with contrast stitching — really nice feel
- Heated and cooled front and rear seats
- Front seats have hot-stone massage — yeah, it actually works
- Rear seats have a dual 10.2” screen and a DVD player — great for long trips
- Front console fridge — handy for road trips
- 4-zone climate control, ambient lighting, and a Meridian audio system with 1700W and 29 speakers
- Touch Pro Duo dual-screen infotainment, 12.3” driver display, and a head-up display
- Heated leather steering wheel, quilted overmats
- Rear seats are electrically adjustable with memory settings
- Full driver assistance: blind spot assist, lane keep, autonomous emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, and adaptive speed limiter

It’s also got a full after-market tracking system that’s Category 5 equivalent — remote immobilisation, real-time tracking, and a transferable subscription (subject to provider terms).

I’ve had it serviced by a JLR specialist at 62,547 miles in March 2025 (Tim Revett at Prestige Motor Vehicle Servicing), and it’s been kept in great shape. All service records are online and clear. The tyres are in great condition — two of them are brand new, the rest are very good.

It’s been checked by Car Vertical and everything looks solid. No major issues, just a well-maintained, high-end vehicle with a clean history.

I’m based in Petworth, Chichester, so it’s easy to pick up if you’re around. Open to sensible offers — I’m not chasing a high price, just fair value for what it is.
