I’m not taking any pets, no smoking, and it’s not really suited to families or kids. Only one person can live here. I’m happy to chat with students — just don’t expect anything fancy.

I’m not charging any admin fees — just a holding deposit based on one week’s rent. Rent is £1,750 a month, deposit is £1,750.
