Viewings are only available after 7pm each day. I’ll need a reference and a deposit for the first week, and the rent is fixed at £9 — no haggling.

Buses 2, 3, 5 stop nearby, so it’s pretty easy to get to. No couples, no friends, no sharing. Just one person, one person, one person.
