Got a ground floor studio in riding-mill, Dene Close that’s been freshly redecorated and feels really comfortable. It’s licensed for two people, so no issues there. My own private shower and a full fridge-freezer — no sharing on those.

The kitchen is fully fitted, with a full-size electric cooker, fire blanket, and fire extinguisher. There’s also a washer/drier. Shared living and dining room, and both front and back gardens — tenants are responsible for keeping them tidy.

Double-glazing and gas central heating, plus fire alarm, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers — all standard safety stuff.

It’s a short 10-minute walk to Edmonton Green Station, with direct trains to Central London on both the London Overground and Greater Anglia. Trains go straight to Liverpool Street, about 25–35 minutes depending on the service. Great if you’re commuting.

Easy access to buses going to Enfield, Tottenham, and central London. Close to Edmonton Green Shopping Centre — shops, banks, cafés, all within walking distance. North Middlesex Hospital is nearby, and there are local gyms, takeaways, and supermarkets just around the corner.

Rent is £925 a month including council tax and water — gas and electricity are shared equally among tenants. Available from 14th August 2025. Private landlord, references required. No agents please — I’m managing it myself.
