Hey there – I’m Pete, and I’ve got this 2018 BMW X1 xDrive 2.0 Auto with M-Sport trim sitting in my garage in St-Bees, Cumberland. It’s a proper full-loaded model – sunroof, sat-nav, heads-up display, climate control, black interior, 18-inch alloys, and all the usual bits.

It’s been in an accident – front end damage – so it’s not road-ready yet. The car starts and drives fine when we test it, but that’s just for loading and inspection purposes. The engine and gearbox aren’t guaranteed to hold up long-term, and it’s definitely not safe to drive on public roads until it’s fully repaired.

I’m not selling it as a “ready-to-drive” vehicle – it’s just sitting here after an insurance claim, and I’m looking for someone who understands the reality of salvage cars. If you’re thinking about buying it, I’d really recommend bringing your own mechanic or engineer to check it out properly.

The car has been through a claim, so it will show up on HPi eventually – I’d suggest you do your own check before committing. There’s no warranty, no guarantee of performance, and I can’t vouch for things like the sat-nav, parcel shelf, or spare wheel – those could be damaged or missing.
