2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid 4x4 Estate

Description

So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — originally bought in Tavistock, but now it’s based in Wetherby, Leeds. It’s a 2019 RAV4 hybrid, 4x4, five-door estate, and it’s got the VVT-h engine with 222ps. The paint’s solid, black, and the wheels are 18-inch alloy with a five-spoke design.

Inside, it’s quite nice — leather gear knob with chrome trim, and the seats have memory settings. The driver and front passenger seats both have whiplash protection, and there’s a little pocket on each seatback too. The climate control is dual-zone, and the seats are heated — handy when it’s cold.

The tech side is solid: 8-inch touchscreen, 7-inch TFT info display, DAB radio, Bluetooth, USB, aux-in, and even a follow-me-home feature. There’s a lot of safety stuff too — blind spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert, lane keep assist, and autonomous emergency braking. The headlights are LED, automatic on, and have level control.

I’ve kept it well maintained, and it’s still running smoothly. The hybrid system works fine, and there’s an eco mode indicator. It’s got a good range and handles well on the road.

The boot has a dual-sided deck board, bottle holders, and storage lighting. I’ve also got the keyless entry with push-button start, heated mirrors, and power windows all over.

It’s been a reliable daily driver for me — used mostly for commuting and weekend trips around Yorkshire. I’m not looking to sell it for a big profit, just getting rid of it. It’s a bit of a long-term keeper, but I’ve had enough of the commute and it’s time to move on.
