Description

So, I’ve had this WildAx Solaris XL for a few years now — it’s been one of my most reliable and comfortable homes on the road. I bought it as a family vehicle, and honestly, it’s now become our daily driver too. We’ve got a young family, and it’s been a game-changer for getting around without needing to book hotels or worry about parking.

It’s a 3500kg gross, so you only need a standard driving licence — no hassle. The dimensions are L-6.36m, W-2.05m, H-2.65m, which gives it plenty of room without being too bulky.

The sleeping setup is solid: two side-facing bunk beds that fit two adults comfortably — you wake up feeling fresh and alert, no grogginess. Then there’s a full rear washroom with a hand wash basin and a shower, plus a fully equipped kitchen right next door. Gas hob, oven, grill, microwave, and a big fridge freezer — so you can cook up a proper meal or just grab a quick snack.

The heart of the van is the dinette area — opens up to the outside with a sliding door, so you can just let the fresh air in and relax. The front seats are integrated, with a nice touch of luxury — you can rotate them to face different directions, which means you can easily shift from a couple of people chatting to a full family setup. And when it’s time to sleep, the front seats fold into a proper double bed — so we’ve got four solid sleeping spots, all with decent space and comfort.

It comes with a lot of smart extras: diamond-cut alloy wheels, wind-out awning, cab air conditioning, cruise control, tow bar, reversing camera, and solar panels. All of it works well and keeps things running smoothly.

I’m based in Sudbury, Babergh, and I’ve kept it well maintained — low mileage, one owner, everything’s been looked after. It’s not flashy, but it’s genuinely reliable and comfortable.

I’m not selling it to move on — I’ve just decided to downsize and take a step back from long-distance travel. So if you're looking for something practical, family-friendly, and capable of being your daily ride, this one might be worth a look.

If you’re interested, I’m happy to chat — I’ve got a few hours on the phone in the evenings (18:00 to 22:00). No pressure, just honest conversation.

It’s worth noting the price is £57,600 — I’ve kept it at that level because it’s been well looked after and has real value.

I’ve always loved motorhomes, and this one just feels like a solid, long-term fit for a family who wants a little freedom without the hassle.
